Given the importance and the precision of the phase of dough rolling in the production, this machine is designed to transform the dough balls (by an electropneumatic device allowing an accurate monitoring of the rolling process) into equa circular and flat chips of dough with the mininum quantiy of flour. It works according to different speeds via a multi speed motor, which allows to increase the production.
