In this unit the final raising process for the flat chips of dough will take place. The circular dough chips move by belts which have special profile fixed in the center to guarantee their balance. The inner space is totally isolated by mobile transparent plexi glass windows that facilitate the cleaninig process. Furthermore, the belts move with a multi speed motor to obtain an adequate raising degree varying 5 to 25 minutes according to the demand. On addition to that belts are of high quality , they are madeof non-toxic and non-stick material.
