It is an automatic horizontal cake slicing machine is designed for medium and large scaled cake producers.
The cake can be cut in 2 or 3 slices.
The thickness of the slices can be adjusted manually.
Upper pressing band can be adjusted manually.
The cutting speed of the top and bottom bands can be adjusted.
All surfaces which are contact with the food are made of food stuf friendly materials.
It works quite silently.
