Al-Sadiq Hospital is located in the city of Saihat in the eastern region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It was opened for the first time as a dispensary in the year 1983 AD by the late Sheikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Sheikh Nasser from the dignitaries of the city of Saihat, and in the year 1986 AD it was approved as a hospital when an inpatient department for women and childbirth was opened, then it was followed by the opening of an inpatient department for children in the year 1996 AD . The hospital includes 22 outpatient clinics for various medical specialties, supervised by a group of consultants and specialists with proven scientific expertise and competence. In addition to the two inpatient departments, one for women and childbirth, and the other for children. And due to the keenness of the hospital administration to provide the best distinguished medical services to patients and auditors, it has initiated the establishment of a national body that works to evaluate the level of performance of its health facility according to a unified accreditation scale, which was with the Central Board for Accreditation of Health Institutions (CBAHI), and thus quality improvement projects were launched within the hospital. By focusing on building quality systems and raising the level of patient safety.
