The DANA composite floor decking sheets ( DSD 75/305) offers the ultimate in lightweight steel decking for all multi-rise buildings including car parks,hangars. It combines exceptional spanning capabilities with reduced concrete usage to provide a cost-effective and attractive floor solution that’s easy to install.
The state-of-the-art profile has been developed using roll-forming techniques pioneered by DANA Steel, drawing on our years of experience in designing advanced composite floor decking systems.
Engineered with optional closed ends, DANA DSD 75/305 decking sheet profile provides excellent acoustic performance and fire protection, with no requirement for filler blocks.Its profile has been specially designed with trough stiffeners and side laps positioned toguarantee centrally placed shear studs.The cover width is 914mm, creating lightweight sheets that are easy to handle – delivering significant on-site safety benefits.
DANA Composite decking sheets[DSD 75/305] are available in Galvanized/Galvalume Steel /Prepainted Galvanized Steel,Grade 50[Min 340 Mpa] & Grade 80 steel[Min 550 Mpa].Long-span capabilityOptimised profile design gives exceptional unpropped spanning capability of up to 5.5metres, reducing structural steel requirements and hence cost.
