In the year 1953, the company was established by Abdullah and Nasser Abdul Aziz Al-Saree, may God rest their souls, as a joint company in the city of Makkah Al-Mukarramah under the name of the joint company Abdullah and Nasser Abdulaziz. Since then, the company started its business by importing handmade carpets from Iran, Pakistan, India and Turkey, and later shifted to importing machine-made carpets from Belgium, Germany and Eastern Europe.
