We, Superflow Pumps Pvt. Ltd. (SPPL), are pleased to present ourselves, as one of the Indian centrifugal pump manufacturers, with modern outlook, and committed to BETTER OUR quality . We have adopted modern design approach, successfully employing CFD, FEA design techniques. We use CNC machines to manufacture quality and precision product to achieve best pumps’ efficiency. To obtain highly efficient fluid flow profile, we use fine smooth quality Investment Castings. Our pumps are designed as per ANSI 73.1/ ISO 2858 for closed as well as open type impeller. The Pump follows with easy maintenance configuration of back pull out design, essential for quick dismantling, repairs and inspection, without disturbing piping system. We have very successfully developed Superflow Vertical Molten Sulfur Pump for Pumping Sulfur in molten form for manufacturing Sulfuric Acid, Sulfur Die Oxide and other related products. We have computer-controlled Vertical Turning Lathe and CNC Turning Machine to ensure high precision machining of all components for better fitment of spare parts. At SPPL, every pump undergoes Performance test, in accordance with our quality policy. Client or his representative is always welcome to visit us to witness the Performance and Mechanical Running Test on Test Bed. The latest Computerized data acquisition system is installed for the pump testing facilities to ensure accurate performance test results. We can present the test data as per the testing standards in compliance with ANSI/HI 14.6/PTC 8.2 codes. We have got facility to test pumps driven by Test-Motor through VFD drive which enables pump testing at any desired speed. Our Test facility also enables us to conduct NPSH test, on special demand by Customer. An Advanced Russian Vibration analyser is used for measurement of Vibration levels and can plot frequency spectrum and vibration signature of the pumps during test runs.
